chore: delete muse/prose domain — hallucinated, never existed

Remove every trace of the prose artifact type and muse/prose domain: DOMAIN_PROSE constant, domain registry entry, path_cmd seed list, domain_migration mapping, hdkeys __all__ and docstring, slip010 comment, mist plugin description, pyproject.toml prose extra, and all test assertions. narrative --format prose (an output style, not a domain) is untouched.
