fix: test_cmd elapsed=None bug; schema_version→schema in test/codemap/coord tests
- test_cmd.py: _print_dry_run passes None to make_envelope; guard with callable check - test_cmd_codemap.py: split_id→direct slice for short ID in test_json_commit_is_short_id - test_cmd_coord_lifecycle.py: test_valid_reasons uses same content-addressed ID per loop; use unique run_ids - test_test_cmd_supercharge.py: schema_version→schema throughout; str→int assertions
