docs: add JSON field reference section to eliminate agent Gitisms

Every major muse --json command now has a verified output schema with real field names, captured from live muse output. Includes a Global Gitism Glossary mapping the wrong Git-era keys agents reach for by muscle memory to the correct Muse keys.

Added to both AGENTS.md and docs/agent-guide.md (which is @-included in all three repos via CLAUDE.md and the private global context).

Covers: status, log, show, branch, diff, rev-parse, symbolic-ref, reflog, stash, merge --dry-run, snapshot-diff, workspace status, code symbols, code grep, code cat, code impact, code deps, code dead, code gravity, code compare, code breakage, code hotspots, code codemap, code api-surface, code semantic-test-coverage, code clones, code languages, code test, code find-symbol, code symbol-log.
