fix: align muse read --json schema and test contracts

- read.py: keep agent_id/model_id/toolchain_id as empty string for human commits; always emit reviewed_by, test_runs, metadata, parent2_commit_id - test_public_key_fingerprint.py: fix three tests that compared against blob_id instead of plain sha256 (fingerprints are not storage objects) - test_resolve_phase3.py: update two commit-guard tests for git-parity staging behavior (code add clears conflict_paths like git add does) - docs/agent-provenance.md: format_version 7 -> 8
