- 4 TypedDicts (Create/List/Read/Export) inherit EnvelopeJson; removed duration_ms/exit_code - All JSON output sites use TypedDict(**make_envelope(elapsed), ...) - run_* docstrings updated: Agent quickstart, JSON fields, Exit codes - Sprint doc marked [x][x][x][x]; agent-guide entries added
