docs: add muse rm and deletion muscle memory to agent guide
- Add muse rm / muse rm --cached to Core commands table - Add 'Deletion muscle memory' section to Gitism Glossary mapping git rm / git add <deleted> / git add -u patterns to muse equivalents - Call out the wrong reflexes: --deleted flag (doesn't exist), muse code reset (unstages — opposite of intent) - Rule: use muse rm <file> when deleting in a task
