docs: split README into tight intro + docs/ directory

README is now KISS — install, prompt, links only. Detailed content moved to docs/: configuration.md, aliases.md, functions.md, workspace.md, completion.md, security.md, performance.md, testing.md Also fixes alias count: 32 (not 33 as previously claimed)
