Add Episode 09 script: Harmony

Documents Harmony's real, verified memory architecture (automatic pattern recording on conflict, full-provenance resolution recording on resolve+commit, policies, escalations, and an audit log confirmed to log policy/escalation actions) -- and honestly shows the real, serious bug found while researching this episode: harmony's auto-apply on an exact-replay match reports '[harmony] auto-resolved' and increments applied_count, but silently writes 'ours' instead of the recorded resolution's outcome_blob. Confirmed twice from a clean repo before scripting. Filed as musehub staging#93 and fixed in docs/agent-guide.md's own Harmony CLI reference (which also had several outright wrong command names/signatures, corrected in the same pass).

Per gabriel's explicit call: written straight, bug and all, matching Episode 06's 'leave the bugs in' precedent -- except this time the bug is in muse itself, not in demo code, which the episode treats as the season's credibility test rather than softening or hiding.

Updated README's status table: episode 09 script done.
