AFF-a: repair AFF-ADV-r2 findings and restamp (AFF-r5).

Close ADV2-M1–M2 and ADV2-N1–N3 in the freeze only. Mechanical stamp sha256:386a53e3…; auto_may_start unset; no adversarial_freeze append. AFF-a stays WIP; NEXT is a different-chat adversarial review.
