AFF-a: adversarial freeze pass (AFF-ADV-r5) and queue AFF-b.

Independent attack review closed ADV4-M1–M2 at the claimed fail-closed layers, confirmed ADV1–ADV3 unrepaired-narrowing, restamped the freeze, and marked AFF-a DONE without appending the not-yet-built kind.
