- Reconcile MULTI-VAULT, IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN, README with Phase 15.1 repo state - Add DEPLOY-HOSTED §5.1 checklist + optional npm run smoke:hosted-multi-vault - Record read-only production canister /health sample; fix STATUS facets row - Hub Settings → Vaults: hosted help text, hide YAML/access/scope editors, fix panel load without vault-access API
