feat(hub,hosted): single-note export on gateway; MCP/agent copy; voice style guides

- Gateway: implement POST /api/v1/export by fetching note from canister and building download via exportNoteRecordToContent (ICP has GET export only). - lib/export: add exportNoteRecordToContent; delegate exportNoteToContent. - Hub UI: HUB_MCP_PUBLIC_URL, Copy Hub/prime, Integrations + browse key; Connection helpers after Memory; How to use parity. - Docs: AGENT-INTEGRATION, HUB-API, gateway README; test hub-mcp-config + export. - Script push-voice-notes-to-hosted; vault style-guide voice-and-boundaries notes.
