fix(netlify): externalize sqlite-vec for bridge functions (Invalid URL getLoadablePath)

Netlify esbuild bundling broke sqlite-vec's import.meta.url in getLoadablePath, throwing TypeError Invalid URL with input '.'. Mark better-sqlite3, sqlite-vec, and platform sqlite-vec-* packages as external_node_modules.
