feat(gateway): hosted MCP extract_tasks (canister list + checkbox scan)

Register extract_tasks on hosted MCP with list_notes-aligned query params, client-side filters matching local runExtractTasks, and a 2000-note soft cap.

- Add extractCheckboxTasksFromBody in lib/extract-tasks.mjs; reuse in runExtractTasks - Tests: mcp-hosted-extract-tasks, extract-tasks-body, golden tools/list - Docs: HOSTED-MCP-TOOL-EXPANSION + NEXT-SESSION inventory and smoke step
