- generic-csv: UTF-8 CSV with header; one note per row under imports/csv; source csv-import; BOM strip; row/column limits - json-rows: root JSON array of objects; one note per item; fenced json body; source json-import; title from title/name when present - lib/csv-parse-line.mjs shared line parser - Hub options, 4B sequential multi-file; IMPORT-SOURCES + golden + bridge tests
