fix(pdf): polyfill Promise.try for Node 20 (unpdf/PDF.js)

Node 20 omits Promise.try; unpdf's pdfjs bundle calls it and PDF import failed in CI (hosted-import PDF + golden pdf). Load shim before unpdf; add a small test that exercises the shim when the global is removed.
