fix(icp): StableStorageV7 includes cors_allowed_origin for mainnet upgrade

Motoko M0216: on-chain storage already had cors_allowed_origin; migration input StableStorageV7 omitted it, blocking dfx deploy. Align V7 with serialized layout and preserve origin through migration.
