feat(hub): path-aware onboarding wizard and How to use entry

- Add post-login wizard (hosted vs self-hosted) with localStorage state, stacked Settings/How to use, Escape closes top modal first. - Add web/hub/onboarding-wizard.mjs and unit tests. - How to use: Getting started tab + Open setup walkthrough; remove header Get started button. - Settings: hosted checklist label Account ready; Setup guide restarts wizard. - Link styling for wizard body/footer; AI-assisted setup footer link. - Docs: IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN, SHOWCASE-VAULT; landing hint for reopen paths.
