Web: password gate on main site, Hub How-to-use fixes and integrations

- Main site (web/index.html): add client-side password gate (default password hashed; change via data-expected-hash). Unlock stored in sessionStorage. - Hub How to use: fix Step 4 text/graphic overlap, add Integrations at a glance, Step B broken into bite-sized steps, remove duplicate/broken block. - Hub CSS/JS: step-what padding, live gateway error message, login cleanup. - docs/DEPLOY-STEPS-ONE-PAGE: OAuth callback paths, Cloudflare Access, Hub setup.
