feat(web): Phase 4 marketing flow — vertical steps + accordions

Replace multi-section landing with eight ordered flow steps (sign-in, imports, agents, index/consolidate, GitHub, decentralization, hosted sharing, temporal structure). Each step uses icon + plain copy + details accordion linking to repo docs. Preserve password gate, OAuth header, ecosystem rings hero, and gateway sign-in script. Remove pricing cards and redundant feature grids; point to whitepaper, README, AI-assisted setup.
