fix(hub): improve hosted import 502 diagnostics and JSON errors

- Gateway: omit manual Host on bridge fetch; return JSON with detail when fetch throws - Gateway: replace HTML upstream import responses with JSON so Hub can show errors - Gateway and bridge: Express error middleware (multer and uncaught errors return JSON) - Hub: read response as text, parse JSON, surface detail and HTML-error hint
