feat(calendar): hosted bridge/gateway route parity and timeline noteRecords

Step 12 — expose calendar timeline, agent-context, source-calendars, and import routes on the hosted bridge with auth-before-context resolution; extend buildCalendarTimeline to merge pre-fetched noteRecords for canister vaults without a local path. Add bridge-hosted-route and timeline unit tests.
