feat: keyword vault search (Hub, bridge, CLI, MCP) and search bar layout

- Add lib/keyword-search.mjs with phrase and all_terms matching over path, body, and selected frontmatter; share filterNotesByListOptions with list-notes. - Hub POST /api/v1/search: mode keyword vs semantic; bridge keyword path uses canister export; gateway proxies JSON body unchanged. - Hub UI: Meaning/Keyword mode, two-row search layout (dates + actions on row 2). - CLI --keyword/--match/--content-scope; MCP search mode and content_scope. - Export truncateSnippet; tests and API docs (HUB-API, openapi, agents).
