feat(hub): derive project slug from projects/<slug>/ vault paths

Sync frontmatter project with the first segment after projects/ on save, auto-fill and lock the project field in note edit and full create flows, show a warning when saved frontmatter disagrees with the path, and add contract tests for path parsing.
