fix: update verify-canister-migration checks for V7→V8 migration shape

The Phase 3 canister change (cors_allowed_origin) advanced the migration from V5→V6 to V7→V8. Update the preflight shape checks to match: add StableStorageV6/V7 type checks, verify cors_allowed_origin in V8.
