feat(hub): expand hosted onboarding wizard (Phase 3 copy)

Nine hosted steps: memory home and honest token layers, import vs agents path choice, Integrations (MCP + Copy MCP, future Copy prime), per-platform import cards with copyable LLM export helper prompt, proposals and Suggested, first note/backup, and power-tools summary. Export DOCS_BASE and prompt text for tests.
