feat(import): shared source types, golden tests, Hub UX fixes

- Add lib/import-source-types.mjs; align CLI, Hub API, MCP import zod enum, Hub UI (Notion option) - Validate source types in runImport; docs: IMPORT-MANUAL-CHECKLIST, HOSTED-IMPORT-DESIGN, IMPORT-EVALS, IMPORT-NORMALIZE-PIPELINE; cross-links in SPEC, PARITY-PLAN, INTENTION-AND-TEMPORAL, PHASE9 - Golden fixtures and tests for importers; import-source-types consistency test - Hub: hide Import on logout/401 and when not signed in; guard import modal without token - Hub: calendar buckets ISO timestamps in local timezone; widen import file accept for PDF/DOC with modal note
