fix(hub): pre-fill path in Full create form to avoid empty-path error

- Pre-fill Path when switching to New note tab if empty (inbox/note-<ts>.md) - After successful create, set path to new default instead of clearing - Separate validation messages: empty path vs path not ending in .md
