feat(import): Phase 1 URL import — API, Hub, MCP, SSRF-safe fetch

- Add url source type: lib/url-fetch-safe.mjs, lib/importers/url.mjs (Readability + Turndown) - POST /api/v1/import-url JSON on hub/server, hub/bridge, hub/gateway (proxyTo bridge) - Hub UI: URL field, mode select, source type option; JSON path when URL filled - Hosted MCP import_url (admin); self-hosted import url_mode + docs - Tests: url-fetch-safe, import-url network dryRun, mcp import_url, tools list, import-source-types - Docs: IMPORT-SOURCES, HUB-API, AGENT-INTEGRATION, PARITY matrix, openapi, phases roadmap - Deps: @mozilla/readability, linkedom, turndown
