fix(hosted): bridge accepts evaluator role; simplify Settings and search hints copy

- Add evaluator to VALID_ROLES and invite role allowlist (bridge matched Node Hub) - Replace operator-only Backup explainer with end-user copy; shorten semantic search hint - User ID hint mentions Team and evaluator for self-hosted
