feat(hosted): import via bridge — gateway streams multipart, bridge runImport → canister

- Gateway: proxy POST /api/v1/import to BRIDGE_URL with raw multipart (duplex stream) - Bridge: multer + ZIP extract + runImport to temp vault; import provenance; POST notes to canister - Bridge CORS: allow X-Vault-Id - Hub UI: PDF→Markdown collapsible hint; hosted 501 explanation; X-Vault-Id on import fetch - Hub UI: warn when import returns 0 notes (markdown ZIP / no .md) - Markdown importer: .markdown and case-insensitive .md in folders/ZIPs - Tests: hosted-import-integration (bridge + gateway mock); import-markdown extension test
