fix(bridge): first backup to empty GitHub repo (no commits yet)

GitHub returns 404 for refs/heads/{branch} when the repo has zero commits. Previously sync failed with 'Could not get branch'.

- Treat ref 404 as initial commit: tree without base_tree, commit with parents [], POST /git/refs to create the branch. - If vault has no notes on first push, add .knowtation/README.md placeholder. - Hub copy: clarify empty GitHub repo is OK for hosted backup.

Redeploy bridge Netlify site; Hub redeploy optional (copy only).
