feat(hub): Integrations tab UX — icons, card grid, status dot

Phase 6 slice 1: upgrade the Settings → Integrations panel from plain text lists to a visual card-based layout.

- Section headings (Hub API, Capture, Import Sources, AgentCeption, Agent Config) each get an inline SVG icon - Capture sources (Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp) rendered as a responsive tile grid with emoji icons and one-line descriptions - Import sources (14 sources) rendered as a responsive tile grid with per-source icons, names, and format hints - Hub API heading includes a status dot (green when signed in / token available, gray otherwise); updates on modal open and after successful token copy - New CSS classes: .integ-section-heading, .integ-section-icon, .integ-status-dot, .integ-source-grid, .integ-source-tile - All styles use existing CSS variables; responsive at 480px - 1177 tests pass, 0 failures
