Guided Setup, What we track, New note metadata, landing doc dropdowns and mock

Hub: Setup checklist (fix icon class scramble); What we track table in How to use; New note full form: date, causal_chain_id, entity, episode_id, follows; How to use and How agents find it updated. HUB-API/RETRIEVAL: MUSE-style → Proposals.

Landing: doc links as dropdowns with summary (Connect CLI/MCP, Retrieval, Intention & temporal) so content works before push; richer CLI mock with list-notes/get-note showing project, tags, date, causal_chain_id, entity, episode_id; tracking icons row (date, project, tags, folder, chain, entity, episode, follows).
