fix(gateway): CORS only echo allowed Origin; doc www vs apex

- Stop falling back to first HUB_CORS_ORIGIN when browser Origin is not in the list (www vs apex mismatch confused debugging). - docs/CORS-WWW-AND-APEX.md: both origins must be in Netlify env. - DEPLOY-HOSTED.md: link to CORS doc.
