fix(hub-ui): accent swatches show real colors + expanded palettes

- Remove var(--bg) fill; set backgroundColor from data-accent on load - Group presets: Classic, Pastels, Earth, Vivid, Muted (26 total) - Subtle inset ring + clearer active ring for light/dark themes
