fix(hosted): Motoko-style frontmatter + vec_distance scores

- lib/canister-frontmatter.mjs: parse escaped JSON strings from canister notes - mcp-hosted-server: scoreFromBridgeSearchHit uses vec_distance when score is 0 - bridge search JSON: optional vec_distance from sqlite hits - vector-store-sqlite: coerce distance (bigint/string/buffer), expose vec_distance - vector-store (Qdrant): normalize client.search to .points when needed; coerce score
