- Add scripts/canister-export-backup.sh and lib/canister-export-env.mjs - Schedule canister-export-backup.yml (07:00 UTC + workflow_dispatch) - Delegate canister-predeploy optional export to the shared script - Document secrets and flow in DEPLOY-HOSTED.md §6; update roadmap and plan - Add npm run canister:export-backup and tests
