fix(hub): iro v5 color sync via color.set; gateway CORS www/apex pair

- Replace invalid ColorPicker.setColor with color.set (iro.js v5 API) so openSettings/syncAccentUI no longer throws and Settings can render. - Gateway: resolve Allow-Origin for www vs apex when one is allowlisted and add tests. Bump hub.js cache buster.
