web: polish structured-memory hero and main band

Align hero fold and post-ecosystem value pitch: horizontal root list, doc-link blue titles (normal weight), remove doc footer links and root-solution intro line. Adjust hero CTAs (white borders), GitHub badge grey text, and fold placement under the ecosystem graphic.
