fix(auth): log establish-refresh store failures on Netlify

Silent catch hid SESSION_STORE_UNAVAILABLE root cause. Log authBlobPresent plus wrapped gateway-auth blob get/setJSON errors so prod logs show why refresh issue fails despite refresh-tokens-v1 existing.
