fix(hub-ui): silence stale invite link after consume; doc teams note

- On NOT_FOUND/already-used or EXPIRED consume, strip ?invite= without red toast - EXPIRED still shows a helpful error; invalid first-time typos get no scary toast - TEAMS-AND-COLLABORATION.md: explain stale invite URL behavior
