feat(hub-ui): compact Vaults tab, info icons, vault id/path form

- One-line lead + eye icon opens overview (hosted vs self copy) - Vault list first on self-hosted: pick vault / New, id+path+label, Apply, Save; Advanced JSON only in details - Section help icons for vault list, access, scope - Tighter server view line; spacing before Scope after Save vault access - Click outside info panels to dismiss
