docs: mark AIR A+B+C shipped (PR #96); create feature/air-built-in-endpoint context
- IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN.md: add PR #96 to build-status paragraph; insert Done row for AIR A+B+C and Next row for AIR D in the What's-next table; update the Planned AIR A-E row to reflect current status (A+B+C done, D next, E future). - AIR-IMPROVEMENTS-PLAN.md: add Status column to Build Order Summary table, marking A/B/C merged and D/E pending.
