chore(icp): add canister:release-prep (git sync, .env, backup URL default)

- scripts/canister-release-prep.sh wraps canister-predeploy + optional --sync-main - Load repo .env; default KNOWTATION_CANISTER_URL from canister_ids when backup user set - npm run canister:release-prep; document in hub/icp README and .env.example
