web: Band B layout — numbers beside titles, no lead copy

Remove Easy start heading and lead; use aria-label on section. Step 1 links Hosted Hub then self-host; step 2 shorter MCP/CLI copy; step 3 only AI-assisted setup. Flex row for marker+title; grid stretch for equal card heights. Update checklist and tests.
