Connect GitHub: bridge redirect via USE_BRIDGE_FUNCTION, token in link, docs

- Add scripts/netlify-redirects.mjs: when USE_BRIDGE_FUNCTION=true, write public/_redirects so bridge Netlify site routes to bridge function (no UI) - netlify.toml: run redirect script in build - Hub: add ?token=... to Connect GitHub link so bridge receives JWT - Gateway README + CONNECT-GITHUB-AND-STORAGE-CHECK: BRIDGE_URL must be https:// origin only; document USE_BRIDGE_FUNCTION for bridge site - BRIDGE-DEPLOY-AND-PREROLL: redirect step now env var, not dashboard
