fix(hub-ui): close create modal and avoid backdrop blocking detail Save

Modal z-index (100) sat above detail panel (10); an open + New note overlay absorbed clicks on Save in the side panel. Close create modal when opening a note, editing, saving, settings, import; hide detail when opening create/import.
