Replace beginner step list with compact tables for self-hosted disk vault vs hosted canister/Hub API/hosted MCP; fold hosted equivalent of KNOWTATION_VAULT_PATH into §2 intro; trim §9 duplicates; birth checklist and §5 MCP row cover both paths (v1.4).
