Bridge: fix load when Netlify bundles as CJS (import.meta.url empty)

Fallback to process.cwd() when import.meta.url is not available so the Express app loads and /auth/github-connect registers. Fixes 'Cannot GET /auth/github-connect' on knowtation-bridge.netlify.app.
